Safety firstResearch by the faculty of Chemistry,Environment and Technics (of the IJsell and university ) has concluded that using the Ballwashing system the balls benefits a reduction of ± 75% of the bacteria.(without using a cleanser/disinfecting fluid).Method of useThe ball sanitisation system of our company is extremely easy to use ,easy to move from place to place & made of high quality materials using top technology, this guarantees an efficient and long lasting machine.
BBW2000 cleans balls at speeds of at least 15.000 balls per hour.
The machine consists of the following parts:
-5 meter transparent hose incl. handle
-Ball suctuion Unit for balls with a diameter of 60-80mm
-1,5 meter transport hose(connection from suction
-unit toball cleaner
-wash unit incl. 1 brush for diam. 60mm or 75mm balls. or 80mm (correct size is important)
-Inox Ballcollector left&right
-INOX Bumper to protect the suction unit
- integrated waterpump.
- 10 meter water drainhose with Gardena, hoselock fitting
- WASH&GLOSS disinfecting concentrate(for 25 wash sessions) NEW since November 2006
BALLDRYING: As the balls come out of the washing-machine, the surface will be wet.
When one has a full sack of washed balls, it is advisable to shake it thoroughly above an absorbent towel. It will be necessary to let the balls dry for approximately 5 hours , so that the disinfectant is totally released.
Wash & Gloss is a specially developed cleaning disinfectant brand for the ballpit balls . You can use also the Johnsons Diversey’s Suma D4 Chlorine-tablets.
